REGISTRATION:
 1) How do I register for an account?

 2) Do I have to register to shop online?
 Yes. You must create an account with Summerdoll.com.sg in order to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy and FREE!
 3) Why should I become a registered user?
Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of Summerdoll promotions, plus the following additional benefits:
a. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.

b. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

4) What if my account information changes?
Just log-on with your username and password, and follow the instructions to update/edit your account information at any time.

5) I forgot my password.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
1) I like a product displayed on your website. Can I buy it from your physical store?
All Summerdoll products displayed on the Site are available at our physical shop while supplies last.

2) Prices and Currency
Summerdoll makes every effort to ensure that pricing is consistent for our website and our physical shop. In some occasions, there may be price differences due to promotional events and special offers. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Singapore Dollars. For international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank's policy on international purchases.

3) Why is the item I am looking for no longer on your website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. We only stock a limited number for each design, and most items are not re-manufactured.

4) Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out-of-stock" email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

5) Colours
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

7) Size and Colour Availability
You can see what sizes and/or colors are available for a particular item by clicking on the "Size" or "Color" button from the product detail page. When you click on the button, available sizes or colors will show in the pull-down window. If the size and/or color are not shown in the pull-down window, then the item is sold out. Some items may only be available in one size.

8) Inaccuracy Disclaimer
From time to time, there may be information on summerdoll.com.sg that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

ORDERING:
1) How can I check on the status of my order?
When your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please log on to your account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed. As a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" and logging in with your user ID or email address and password and then clicking on "ORDERS".

2) Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
2) When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from the Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow for exchanges within 7 days after the item has been delivered.
Defective/wrong items may be returned to our physical store for an exchange or refund, or by mail for international orders. Please indicate whether it is either "defective" or "wrong item shipped". If defective, describe the defect, and we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
